That is such an awsome show. I know its only the first episode but omg. The story is awsome. Finally a better X-men type storyline.

It was a pretty cool show.

Better than I thought it was going to be.

Can watch it again tomorrow night if anyone missed it. :P

anyone notice how it is very similar to LOST?

great character build up, similar characters (ie: drug addicted artist/musician, blond bombshell, accomplished doctor/congressman etc etc)

Great use of anticipation, although, LOST took it a little too far.

Definitely keeping my eye on this one!

Jaded, you hit the nail right on the head. I was watching the show and thinking "NOT AGAIN". Season one will be as slow as possible and MAYBE in season 2 we can see what the whole explosion artist rendering thing was about.

But if I had my way the whole series would be over in about 7.5 episodes. But that is why I am not a hollywood producer.

On IMBD, they only list 7 episodes for the characters, maybe its 7 episodes per character and then a new cast? Its really wierd, usually 12 - 16 episodes are in a season now a days.

Ya but I have never seen that happen before. Usually they have the entire first season finished. Everyone I know in GA watched it last night. I have 50 people over last night watching it with me. We all thought it was way better than Lost (POS) and much more interesting than CSI (Repetition killed CSI), but its still not as good as HOUSE or Bones or Survivor or Stargate, the list continues a little bit. But its good. Smallville is better because come on, Clark Kent (Tom Welling fits the part perfectly, who cares if he is almost 30), Lana Lang (Kristen Kruek is smoking, Cloe (Allison Mack, yummy), Louis (Erica Durance, dreamy, only if she was younger, idc, I would still ask her out) and the story line twist is great. Green Arrow is on Smallville Season 6 Premiere on Thursday.

My favorite shows on TV like that are CSI (all 3 of them), House, and that's really about all I watch.
