I would hope that the Emperor of the evil Al'gar's home city would have a more deadlier name then Aries, which is the sign of the Ram. Something more along the lines of "Snake" or "Knife". Now those are some scary names.

And I guess demons have lernt to not give out their true names that easily, especialy the one that has managed to fight, steal, betray, Lie, and Murder his way into becoming Emporer of all the A'Gar. Due to the fact that the Al'Gar are more of a brutal nature, I don't believe they would have an "emporer" but more along the lines of a Warlord. The most powerful fits the position.

Deva - Council

I always find it interesting how an evil race always has a defining structure about them. Honor, respect, rank, etc... though that might be because the person above them (ie the emperor, warlord) would slay them with out a second thought.

Let's not have the setting become completely black and white now. The demons shouldn't be 100% evil, otherwise they wouldn't make logical sense.
