is there going to be instances, and if thee is, are they going to be randomly generated ( like diablo 2) so that they are replayable without travelling down the same path.

I can't say much(I know you're all tired of hearing that! :-\), but these won't be your grandma's dungeon crawls. Nor will certain places a person might frequent in their city be instanced.

Well, I can't say anything specific about instances per se. Just trust that our dungeons will be so awesome. ;)
