This may seem a no-brainer, but we never know...
I wonder how bosses are to be?
I mean, I hope each boss will be unique, and not necessarily a big being of some sort.
I count on huge beasts, demons, dragons, whatever, but also skilled bosses, that do not rely on brutal strength, and may even be fragile/quick but too damn cunning/skilled to take down easily.
Maybe a boss actually ambushes you once you enter a certain (decently wide) area, rather than wait for you to get to his "spot".
Maybe some bosses wander the world, like hunters or mercenaries, and challenge the bravest.
I'd like to see the best of all of them worlds ;)

Kaos War will not disappoint when it comes to boss fights.

I thought "not being disappointing" was far from the goal ;) I expect at least positively surprising :D

I love these one liners you come up with that answer all :P
And can you please have some lower level bosses aswell please, i h8 it when you cant fight a boss until your level 30 becoz otherwise you'll die, some people may say that its an added incentive to play lvl up but to me it is really annoying.
In a MMO i played they had these miniature bosses which were easily identifiable by their largeness and usually flames pouring out of their heads, but they werent however too big, these things were great because they were like halfway bosses and for every mob there was a boss of the mob like a dog mob and then there a six legged fire-breathing dog as a mini boss, it was a really good idea and allowed you to have a taste of boss fights bfore moving onto the gigantor real bosses.

Lower level bosses will for sure be in, and in good amount. We are all about strategy and tough fights instead of having nothing but the usual mundane mobs for 50 levels. Without any kind of tough content at all levels, it would get pretty boring pretty fast.

Bosses don't all have to be big and bigger and very flashy...
I see them as simply more powerful enemies than usual in a given environment/locale or situation.
It can be a tiny demon child with precocious abilities that put shame to any adult.
It can be an agile, cunning and very experienced warrior that tries to ambush anyone that enters his turf, rather than waiting for his challengers.
It can even be just a group of normal enemies, although very well organized as a team to enhance the best in each of them.
I think a good example of a game where bosses and mini-bosses were plenty, was Diablo 2. Everywhere you'd find enhanced versions of normal enemies, and have several bosses across all "Acts". Act III even included as a "boss" a big group of powerful guys.

true, i can remember one memorable moment when i attacked a small mini child, everything went red, about 20 different mobs came through the doors and the child rose up in the air shooting fire at me :p

Most boss fights are scripted encounters, kind of like solving a puzzle - at least for the first to 'solve' them. You have to work out positioning and movement, aggro strategies, class (and sometimes build) composition, required consumables, gear, resists, targetting strategies (for fights with multiplies or spawns), and overall approach (eg. simple DPS). Strats can change as you gear or level up.
I assume KW will be going down the same route.
If KW is successful, a challenge is making the scripted encounters relevant once the content has been bypassed by the majority of the player base - particularly for the high difficulty or large group encounters.

I like the idea of puzzle solving, it would make a very nice change from the usual fight your way through aproach.
