I dont know if anyone here has play fable for xbox by microsoft but in the game the cool thing that they had was u could chose to be a good guy or the bad guy there was a scale that u that u rank on after like stealing, killing civilains ect and also change the look of the character by haveing horn or a haol of the head things like.
Has anything like this been said about the game, will it have some kinda similar things. I know they dont dont say much about it maybe they did.
i agree alot of fable can be put into this game
1 thing i would love to see is characters getting older as for the halo and horns well since its angel and demon i think bigger horns and halo :)

Lets try to think outside the box, and not follow Fable, lets try and help dev a game that outplays everything.
Sorry iv'e been playing it recently :)
the deva's could get bigger wings as they advance? as for the algar maybe the millions of spikes across their body become longer?
obvisously try to avoid being demon hedghogs would be a plus
and if players are bad the deva's get darker wings were if the algar are good
there armour begins to shrink so they look more like humas
i have no idea about humans though 0.o just give em an eye patch or a santa suite then well know wethere their good or evil ;D

If the Deva can fly, the Al'Gar should be able to hide/burrow/camo.
Humans could be multi talented, but, the Deva have a Flying Bonus, and Al'Gar have a hide/burrow/camo bonus.
so what were you thinking humans have camo suits and jetpacks?
sounds pretty good not sure about burrowing (it may make you invunarable)

If flying is to be meant as a way for faster transportation, then the Al'gar could possible turn into a shade-like form where they travel with the shadows or something like that. It doesn't have to actually require shadows as flying could be performed everywhere and we wouldn't want to limit the Al'gar in their travels.
hmm if they could travel through the shadows at high speeds then could they do it in combat too? would add a good battle element.
im drooling at the prospect of flying with a rocket launcher ;D

O.O I must step into this conversation....hope y'all don't mind. I like putting in my 2 cents.
We've totally taken a character developent as apperance to a aspect of travel which was a pretty wide turn.
To maybe step back on track for a second. With fable, yeah it was a great game and all but this ain't fable. Sorry to disapoint. I like that someone curved the trying to be like other games factor and pushed to more of a unique style. But to keep the minds going on an appearance dev track. Lets say you do go with a aging process in the game. That would only affect the humans drasticly. Deva and Algars wouldn't be fully affected by an aging process like humans. Theirs would be slowed due to their birth rights. Now say you did work that in there. As far as an aging process you gotta consider how much in game time that would take to age your character. While most players play very frequently. For some reason I'm slacking and only gaming 12 hours a day. As humans the in game time we would accumulate more and age more as where the periodic player ages about half that or even a third. Now here comes the curiousity would you end up making it a realm wide time. Where you can age while your not online. Or would you do it as you lvl? Then would there be a age limit where you die permantly? Some factors to think about as well.
Now as far as the traveling compacity of the game. It would be nice to have a way to travel seeing as I haven't seen anything offical on traveling yet. Either that or I haven't looked all that hard. Maybe someone could enlighten me. A way to do that would be by giving the Deva, some sort of supernatural flying gift such as wings or with out, be like superman in the sence. In the sence a higher being doesn't need the wings to fly but it would be a cool look. As for the Al'Gars they could have some jumping capabilities that give them a great leaping distance. As to say he could devolpe more farther and higher jumping capabilities as he lvls. For the humans They have techs at their finger tips. Their is a wide veriaty of travel abilities, theirs is really limitless as far as where you could go with a single idea. One that sticks out the most in my head would be a vehical of some sort like a motor bike or jet bike. Something only one person can ride. There my friends inlays 3 different types of travel giving more of a unique advantage to each race. Making it interesting to see who picks what?
Now back to appearances. When you adjust to good or evil. Having the two factions that are supposed to stand for good(Deva) and evil(Al'Gar) it would be kinda hard to live to your factions standards if your doing the one thing that faction doesn't want. Though it would make for some interesting game play, and could hinder some abilities used by said faction. Humans on the other hand can easily be corrupted as can they be brought to the light. Humans would be the only ones that could possible get away with going good or evil. Seeing how they are a nutral race to begin with. As far as their looks changing, if they follow the path of light their physical apperance could be more proper and charismatic. They would keep better care of themselves where as those who follow the path of dark, would be more sadistic and cruel in appearnce such as darker clothing, darker hair. More of a demonic look. Or hell you could even incorporate your own gothic style to it somehow. I don't know why gothic that just popped into my head for some reason.
