Wow, the grass, and reflections, and the trees with the leaves that fall. And then there's the Hoverscreen thing. That is pretty awesome, being able to actually see other stuff going on real time in another place in the world. Thats like CNN. :) Now we need to see some more parts of the world that have witnessed some devastation.

That Tech demo was impressive and left me wanting more, didn't expect you guys to go with speedtree :) , Oblivion's foliage looks great with speedtree and I'm sure the world of Kaos War will look simply awesome and immersive, just hope that it doesn't have the performance hit Oblivion seem to have with this :P. I just watched the tech demo...... Although it was all amazing ;D all I could think about while watching it was how much I wanted to spill the blood of Devas onto that grass... and to me thats VERY metal!!!! Fuckin awsome guys!!!!!!!! Keep up the increadible work. Visuals were awsome. Sound was best I've ever heard. The detail of Ken leaves me speachless. Grade A. I truly can't say enough. Damon one thing though.... please take a day off and get some rest. Your not looking to hot. I think the Kaos War Legion would understand.

As far as the people who are just signing up now that the tech demo is out..... I know that because there was a small amount of us on these forums prior to this it felt like we were a few in a tight nit community we should be happy for Damon and all the rest of the devs who are working to make this game a success. Don't take it out on the people just signing up. The more interest that the game receives can only be a good thing. Look at Metalica. They were pretty much underground at the begining even thought they had a big following. That gave fans of them a sence of being tight to the band. When they put out "One" on Mtv and they went mainstream a lot of their fans thought they "sold out". It wasn't that it changed the music but it made fans think that they had lost the individual connection they had to the band. To this day wether you love them or hate them you have to respect what they do because they are great at it. I believe the same will follow with Kaos War and I'm happy for them to be recieving the attention that they so much deserve. That being said I would like to welcome all new members of the Kaos War community. I hope you all are looking forward to the game as much as I am.

Due to the fact the work pipelines have changed for next generation content its much more important that texture artists can model a little as well as the usual 2d stuff.
I do a little of both with the team, but mainly focus on texture art which as i say now involves some hi poly modelling with the enviroment stuff.
