Devs and Mods may be the only ones able to start a poll, but if you could do it it would be accessible from any of the board sections to the upper right of the thread listing, just to the right of where you would start a new thread.

i mean like:
Developers sugests bla bla bla

option 1 : bla bla bla
option 2 : bli bli bli
option 3 : blo blo blo

it would be the IDEAL way to listen to the public
