I was thinking when NPCs spawn it would be a whole lot more realistic if say Al'gar came out of the ground, Deva came down from the sky, and Humans came out from behind a bush or tree rather than NPCs just "magicly appearing." Same with creature NPCs depending on closest faction.

This is definitely something we want to consider. Damon has pushed the idea of believability since day one and I for one agree with him. This idea is the sort of thing that we cater too very strongly at SRI. It doesnt make sense to have NPC's appear out of thin air now does it? :-p

It was said earlier that camping was moot because there was no typical spawning in the game. Is this still the case? Are mob spawns tied to a gerographic location? Or is it random? Do they move spawn points on a regular basis like nomads? Do mobs spawn and path?

No, there is no typical spawning in the game. We're still holding true to that idea. Sure, one type of creature may appear in a certain area, but there is no way of determining exactly where that mob will occur. Some mobs will be roaming, others will follow paths. It's all determined by what mob you're talking about, if they are involved in a quest, whether or not they are hostile and so forth.
