Well I don't have enough experience with MMOs just yet to be offering any type of constructive advice. That doesn't mean I don't have opinions though. And as far as the Karma points goes; I'm still a bit confused by the whole system so I really don't know what to tell you.

Hmm, interesting, that producer guy was pretty funny :p. Though I'm not really into that kinda "screaming" type of metal, prefer the more epic power metal stuff, like Rhapsody, Nightwish, Angra, Stratovarius, etc.

I figured Kaos War woulda went with the whole orchestra style, something like E.S. Posthumus or such for the wide epic kind of feeling (check out Elba, Nara, or Pompeii, excellent songs from them, http://www.esposthumus.com ). Though it's interesting to see it using metal like that, though I'm not sure how much of a wide-appeal that kind of music has.

I like it but really almost all games I hate the music in them and that's usually the first thing I do before even key mapping I turn it off. Finally a game with music in it I like those of you not liking it turn off the music then I've been doing that for over a decade now why should a game go with the flow? That's what makes a game genaric and just another clone of all the rest and boring. It's about time someone took a bold step and if you want a game noticed I think the developers are going about the right way doing it. Look at Grand theft auto I remember the very first one and 20/20 or 60 minutes (cant remember which) had a thing on TV about it and if it should be banned because of the content and blah blah blah. The very first game sucked bad but because of the publicity they made tons of money from rebelios teenagers and anti-groups who all bought their game so they could play it and talk trash about it in cogragations and on public tv shows and look where it took them today.

I say stick with the music big time I think it's a bold move and the right move at that.

True an instrumental song could have worked but lets be honest. A lot of other MMOs use that kind of music. Kaos War is about being revolutionary. Stand out from the crowd. Other than heavy metal/rock music what other form of music would fit with a game about "demons" battling "angels" battling humans. Country.... Rap.... Folk..... Contemperary Christian? lol. Its not like rock has never been featured in games before either. As for Kaos War on PS3.... I'm sure a dev would be able to answer that better than I.

Thanks for clearing things up. It would be so awesome to play Kaos War on the Xbox though. Especially with my Dad's 60" high definition television with kick ass surround sound. ;D

It's a bit of a love song. But it's got a morbid twist to it. And it's a lot of screamo/ hardcore type music. So it's an acquired taste. Though they originally put it on their new demo without the screamo. And Sean has great vocals.
