I'm thinking that Xaos would make for the ultimate center for gathering.

It's massive, looks like it has some sort of flying vehicle skyway system, and looks just like the center of everything. What do you all think? Hell, what do the developers think? Might be the gathering place for everything?
By the way, those concept cities are VERY impressive. I'm very excited to see them in-game! I'm thinking the views in Kaos War will be incredible.
