About us
BEFORE I POSTED HERE THAT WE WERE OF THE
DEVA FACTION. THAT HAS NOW CHANGED. THERE
WERE THREE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HELPED PUT
TOGETHER THIS GUILD. THEY VOTED ME LEADER.
ANYWAY THEY CHANGED THERE MIND ON THE
FACTION LAST MINUTE. WE ARE NOW AN AL'GAR GUILD
OUR FINAL DECITION THANK YOU
Here at seven suns we believe that one person shouldn't have all the power. so I gave the guildleader (which is me) limitations. I have formed a government for our guild. We have three branches of government. each branch has control over surtain thing. here is a brief discription of are our three branches
Executive-This branch is runned almost totally by the guild leader. this branch creates the laws. guildleader, coguildleader,2-4 cabinets(cabinets are people who give input and advice the guildleader) and 2-6 financial advisers. they all speak and work together to create laws. in the end the guildleader has the final say. Its this branches job to make sure laws made will improve the guild not harm it. If there are two issues that absolutely cant wait the president has the athoruty to temporaraily put the vice president in charge of that perticular issue. then the cabinets and financail adviser split into two groups. the same goes if they are taking away new laws.
Congress-after laws are created or taken away it doesn't automaticaly go into affect. before the law gets passed it must be approved by the congress. the congress will consist of 11-31 depending on how big our guild is. must have an odd number. the congress votes. if more than half vote yes the law created is sent to the next branch.
Judical/judge-there are several judges. if someone has done something elegal the judge will trial them. they will go to three seperate trials each with a different judge. the judges can't decide until all trials have been done. if two or more judges say your inicent then you are and vice versa. if the three of them can't decide on a punishment the supreme judge will. if there is lack of evidence they are inecent. also they also have the power to get rid of laws approved by congress if they think it goes against the constitution (constitution will be explained on site when created). they must explane why and how it goes against the constitution.

*can raise or lower ranks exept generals (guildleader can make requests in this area.)
*declares war (guildleader can make requests in this area)
*has the power two suspend or fire judges if they are doing something elegal or giving unfair judgement
Executive
*makes all laws
*has power to take laws away must be approved by congress
*creates stradegies for millitary and chooses generals
*Defends and protects the constitution and guildmember rights
*creates treaties (must be approved by congress
*controls all money and sets the budget with the help or financail advisors
Judicail/Judge
*has the power to get rid of a law approved by congress if they think it goes against the constitution. (they must explain how and why it goes against the constitution
