Possession. I miss being possessed. *Sigh*. Sometimes you just would like to gain super powers. I want to see possession available to every class in KW. I want it available in many ways ^.^ Offensive and defensive.

Group Possession. Makes room for more people in a party. Combines classes and skills into one vessel. Both players have control over this vessel taking turns to not encourage botting. It would be ace. Makes new skill combos to unleash on enemies.

Possess an enemy. Yes! ^.^ Click click click click and click some more to gain the rights to control the targeted vessel! Whoever clicks the best will counter the others actions. If you are being possessed and they are out "clicked" your defense overrides their attack and visa versa. Whoever gains contol over the possessed they can inflict damage on this vessel for a certain period of time. In battles this would be lovely to beserk your enemies and confuse the hell out of them when you are attacking them in their allied skin. RAWR. Awesome but confussing but mind stimulating battles.

Just a few ideas for possession ^.^ Care to elaborate if you like the idea. If not state what ways possession could work in this game if at all.

i like that idea, except i'd prefer it to be different for every race,

for deva, maybe something like divine intervention, which boosts your stats for a brief period

for algar, your typical possession by allowing them to take control of monsters or mobs, the higher your possession level the better monsters you can control.

not sure about humans though :p

That would be awesome because I have always felt possession should be available to all classes...Not just >.> the very few. Only if there is a good reason why this class has mastered the arts of possession...

Well then... i can only picture this working out for caster type classes for instance a mage, priest. I mean would it not be weird a warrior lets use your term "Possessing" another player. And wouldn't there be utter confusion and chaos if everyone was possessing each other. How would even deal with that. I like the idea but maybe perhaps it be restricted to the caster classes.

And while not possession, Warhammer's ability to knockback players is a blast. It plays a crucial role in some scenarios (particularly Tor Anroc, where the lava is deadly) but it useful for getting stealth DPS off squishies, knocking people off bridges, interrupting long cast spells, punting opposition away from flags etc.

An AoE knockback in the midst of a melee zerg is a sight to see.

Being KB'ed does give you an immunity - probably 50% too short atm.

Never been a fan of ability's that incapacitate a player. i.e. stun knock back sleep etc.
Mind control is kind of an exception as it works both ways, Both players have no control over their own character.

well AoE's are nice and all but i guess i'm still a big fan of up close and personel, but mind controling ur enemies while the other smacks him around like a punching bag ain't a bad idea either;D
